Full Brokerage and White-Glove tiers cost nothingif no purchase closes. Discovery's flat $199 is refundable in full within 7 days if we haven't delivered your shortlist yet. We'd rather lose a fee than waste your time.

How long until I see candidates?+
First curated shortlist within one business day of submission. We typically present 5–15 hand-vetted vehicles depending on how specific your criteria are.
Do you handle out-of-state purchases?+
Yes — White-Glove tier specifically includes nationwide search and enclosed transport. Full Brokerage handles regional purchases (within ~500 miles) with standard transport.
What if I don't like any of the candidates?+
We refine and re-source. The Discovery fee covers up to two rounds of sourcing. Full Brokerage and White-Glove keep sourcing until we find one you want — that's the deal.
Who pays for the inspection?+
Full Brokerage: pre-purchase inspection (typically $150–$300) is passed through at the third-party shop's cost — never marked up. White-Glove: covered by us.
How do I pay your fee?+
Discovery: invoiced after shortlist delivery, Net 7 via ACH or wire. Full Brokerage and White-Glove commission is invoiced after the purchase closes — same Net 7 terms.
What if I want to back out?+
Discovery fee is refundable in full within 7 days if you haven't received your shortlist yet. After delivery of the shortlist, fee is non-refundable. Commission tiers cost nothing if no purchase closes.
